Search Boone County Busted Mugshots

Boone County, Arkansas's sheriff posts a current roster for who is held today, plus recent booking and release feeds for the last stretch of days. Check the roster first. Search with a full name and a booking date. The court file explains how each charge ended, and a records request to the sheriff with the same details reaches a booking the feeds have aged off. Anything on a private copy of jail data is a lead needing verification. That current roster, backed by the records request, is the source of Boone County busted mugshots, and the court file supplies the result.

Boone County Busted Booking Records

Every booking in Boone County starts the same way. Police deliver someone to the Boone County Jail, formally the Boone County Detention Center, and staff log the person in. An identity photograph is part of that intake. Arrests by the Harrison Police Department and the Boone County Sheriff's Office all feed this one countywide system, along with bookings from Diamond City or Bergman when they apply. One tip for the roster: trust the agency field over the listed city. Addresses go stale, and the home shown may not be where the arrest took place.

The online card is a slice of the full jail record, nothing more. It proves a person was processed, gives the listed arrest date, and names the agency. Its usefulness ends there. Boone County busted mugshots show who was booked and when, not what a prosecutor later filed.

Boone County Booking Record Fields

A Boone County roster card keeps things simple. You get a name, a photo, and the charge information the jail posts. That is about it. A booking number, bond amount, or court date will not appear. There is no separate facility field either. Arkansas sets standards for the records a jail must keep, and those files hold far more detail than the public card shows. The rule simply does not force every field onto the online site.

FieldWhat it shows
Photograph and nameThe identity used during Boone County jail intake; compare another identifier before assuming a match.
Race, sex, and ageBasic roster descriptors that can help distinguish similar names.
Reported city or addressInformation associated with the person, not proof of the arrest location or current residence.
Arrest date and timeThe labeled arrest timestamp, which may differ from jail intake, filing, or court dates.
Arresting agencyThe office tied to the arrest and the best clue for routing an incident-report request.
Charges as bookedIntake charges, not necessarily the charges later filed or decided in court.
Release date and timeShown on recent-release cards and some new-booking cards when release has occurred.

Arkansas rule 12 CAR § 50-503 calls for an accurate intake and population record with demographic facts, arrest and confinement times, release time, reason for confinement, offense class, officers, and warrant or commitment data. Fingerprints, DNA, and photographs are taken when law requires. Ask the jail for the fuller booking record when the web card lacks a needed field.

Request Boone County Busted Records

Don't expect a tidy photo-request workflow. The Boone County Sheriff offers no booking-photo form, no set fee, and no fixed turnaround. The FAQ does say booking records, reports, warrants, citations, and dispatch logs can come out of the records system, subject to exemptions. Arkansas FOIA ties copying costs to actual reproduction and delivery. The sheriff calls its own charges nominal. A statewide rule does let an agency collect upfront when an estimate tops $25. Ask for an estimate first. Then you'll know where you stand.

  1. Identify the person, the approximate booking date, and any agency or case number already known.
  2. Ask the Boone County Sheriff's Office for “the jail booking record and booking photograph,” with electronic delivery if available.
  3. Request an itemized estimate before any charge exceeds $25 and ask that nonexempt portions be separated from withheld material.
  4. If the photograph is missing, ask whether it is part of the record retained under Ark. Code Ann. § 13-4-404 and request the basis for withholding.
  5. Use the arresting agency for its incident report and the correct court for the filed case and final disposition.

Timing works on a three-business-day clock in one narrow situation. The record you want may sit in active use or storage. If so, the custodian must certify that fact and give a ready date, all within three working days. That framework comes straight from the Attorney General's FOIA guidance. It is not a delivery guarantee for every request. Keep your paperwork: the request, the estimate, the response, and any cited exemption.

Note: The sheriff's five-day FAQ reference concerns accident-report filing, not the deadline for a public-record request.

Arkansas Busted Mugshot Law

Arkansas FOIA guidance, which covers Ark. Code Ann. §§ 25-19-101 and following, begins from a simple premise: work product created by public employees is open unless an exemption covers it. Protected categories stay closed. That includes juvenile material, sealed files, medical content, victim information, security details, and active investigations. One more caution belongs here. Boone County's roster gateway states plainly that it cannot certify the accuracy or authenticity of what appears online, so treat a copied card as a lead, never as the source record itself.

Arkansas also went after the pay-to-remove trade. Ark. Code Ann. § 4-75-102, passed through Act 450 of 2021, targets any private "publish-for-pay website" that demands money or something of value before removing a booking photo. Such an operator must post contact information and offer a free way to submit requests. Your written demand needs the person's name and date of birth, the arrest date, and the arresting agency. Once the request arrives, the site has five business days to take the image down, and it cannot charge a dime for that. Civil remedies and Attorney General enforcement back the statute. It does not, however, force sheriffs, courts, or news outlets to erase lawful records wholesale.

Stick to documented no-cost correction or opt-out routes. Busted Newspaper, Recently Booked, Mugshots.com, and Mugshots.zone each publish free processes for certain situations: errors, dismissals, sealing orders, mistaken identity, or similar documented outcomes. Arrests.org offers only a general contact route, so treat any removal there as uncertain. Never pay reflexively for something Arkansas law gives you free. Save the page URL, proof of delivery, the court record, and any payment demand you receive. If the source page comes down or changes, Google's outdated-content tool can refresh the stale search result. It cannot, though, force a live source to delete anything.

Boone Busted Records Withheld

A gap in Boone County results does not open the door to hunting down private copies. The Sheriff flags juvenile suspect and offender material, plus sealed or expunged records, as content that may be withheld. Juvenile expungement runs on its own Arkansas track. For adults, sealing depends on the charge, how the case ended, whether the sentence is complete, and which statute fits. No single waiting period covers every case.

The Arkansas Crime Information Center sealing forms span nearly every scenario: arrests, unfiled charges, dismissals, acquittals, misdemeanors, eligible felonies, first-offender cases, controlled-substance matters, DWI or BWI, pardons, specialty courts, and juvenile matters. You file the right petition and a proposed order with the court that handled the case. After approval, the clerk forwards the order to ACIC, which allows 30 days from receipt to update its records. Sealing changes how officials treat the file. It cannot claw back copies someone already downloaded.

Why did a Boone County mugshot disappear? The person may have been released, the web window may have ended, or the record may be restricted. Use the jail and court rather than drawing a conclusion from absence.

Boone Busted Photo Archives

A booking photo vanishes from the web fast. The paper trail lasts for decades. Arkansas law, at Ark. Code Ann. § 13-4-404, treats fingerprint cards, booking photographs, and detention logs as sheriff booking records and orders a 30-year retention period. Online is another matter. Boone County keeps booking and release lists inside a rolling 48-hour window, and a card drops off once the window passes or the person leaves the list. Nothing gets destroyed at that point.

Want an older Boone County booking photo? Go straight to the Sheriff, even for events from many years back. Give a name and an approximate date. Ask whether the original moved to successor media or was transferred elsewhere. Disposal can happen only after the retention period runs, and only through the county process. Investigation files follow different schedules, so don't borrow their time limits for a jail-booking question.

One more caution. The law governs who keeps the record, not what shows on a website. It also can't promise a decades-old photograph was ever scanned or can be mailed same-day.

Very old material may call for an archive search after the Sheriff's Office answers. No digitized Boone County mug-book series or routine transfer of jail photographs has been established, and it's better to say so plainly. A court docket can still prove a case's outcome. A newspaper or historical society adds color without replacing the jail record. The Arkansas State Archives catalog is the natural next stop for government records, county records, finding aids, manuscripts, and image collections.

Arkansas State Archives search for old Boone County booking records

The catalog helps you find a collection. A thumbnail alone doesn't mean the full record is online. Try a surname paired with Boone, sheriff, jail, or an institution, plus a date range. Before contacting archive staff about an undigitized file, read the creator, the coverage dates, the identifier, and any access limits. Old custody terms and old photographs both demand careful identification.

Note: Boone sheriff records more than 50 years old trigger historical notice rules before destruction, but notice does not prove archival acceptance.

Find Boone County Busted Mugshots

Skip the broad name search. Start with the person's likely custody stage instead. Boone County splits its official lists three ways: current custody, bookings within the past 48 hours, and releases within the past 48 hours. The lists can overlap, so a name may appear twice. Once the short web period ends, the sheriff's retained record and the court file are the dependable route.

  1. Check the current Boone County roster when the person may still be held.
  2. Use the new-booking view for an intake in the past 48 hours, including a person who may already have left custody.
  3. Use the recent-release view for a release in the past 48 hours, even when the original booking was earlier.
  4. Compare name, age or birth date, booking date, agency, and case number when available.
  5. For an older event, request the booking sheet and photograph from the jail and the incident report from the arresting agency.
  6. Search the court docket for filed charges and the disposition. Use ADC, federal, or immigration locators only when that later custody system applies.

An empty result proves very little. Release, transfer, a spelling mismatch, a feed delay, an expired window, a sealed matter, or booking in another county could all explain it. Labels matter too. "Arrest time," "booking time," "release time," "filing date," and "judgment date" each describe a different event, so keep them straight when you note what you found.

Three Boone County Roster States

Three custody states, one design, and plenty of room for confusion. Current Inmates answers a single question. Who does the facility list as held right now? Inmates Booked in Last 48 Hours works differently. It covers everyone who entered during that rolling stretch, and a card can linger there even after release. The third view is Inmates Released in Last 48 Hours. That one tracks who left custody during the window, no matter when the intake happened.

Current roster
Listed as currently held; the card remains while the person stays on the live custody list.
New bookings
Booked within the rolling period and possibly held or released; the entry lasts 48 hours after booking.
Recent releases
Released within the rolling period; the entry lasts 48 hours after release.
Sheriff record
Historical intake and detention material; the booking record has a 30-year retention rule.
ADC profile
State correctional status after commitment, controlled by the state correctional record.

Photographs appear on all three Boone web views. That reflects interface policy, not a promise that every card will always carry an image. The gateway also disclaims certified accuracy. For urgent custody questions, confirm with the Boone County Jail by phone. The official Boone County roster gateway lays out the two main choices before sending you to the vendor interface.

Read the gateway's warning rather than skipping past it; it's part of the record path, not boilerplate. Use the current link for custody questions, then compare the short-window feeds and the court record before drawing conclusions.

Boone County Busted Last Night

No separate 24-hour, 72-hour, or weekly sheriff booking log exists for Boone County. The closest same-day tool is the rolling last-48-hours booking view. Same-day entries do appear there, so intraday posting is clearly possible. Still, nothing guarantees every new intake lands within a set number of minutes. Weekend volume can't be assumed either.

Booking cards carry the core roster fields. They may add a release time for someone already out. The separate release view lists photograph, identity fields, arrest time and agency, release time, and booked charges. A person can sit on both pages at once. After either window closes, the online system keeps no historical name-and-date archive. Request the retained Sheriff record instead. The Boone County last-48-hours booking feed shows the official rolling intake window, and its time label is the key limitation: presence signals recent intake, while a release timestamp means the person is no longer held.

Note: Harrison Daily police logs can supply an older clue, but only the sheriff record and court docket confirm the official trail.

Where Boone Busted Mugshots Appear

Official Boone County and Arkansas channels come first. Each covers a different stage. Private county pages can help locate an old lead, yet they may lag, duplicate a person, misread a charge, or preserve an allegation after the official source changes.

Busted Newspaper and Recently Booked offer frequently updated Boone pages. Mugshots.zone has dated monthly archives, while Mugshots.com results observed in the research skewed older and sometimes reflected ADC material. Arrests.org offers daily pages and city filters, but a malformed charge value was observed. None is authoritative. City or address filters do not prove which agency made the arrest.

Boone Booking Apps and Alerts

The roster carries badges for RPS Inmate Info on iOS and Android. It is a generic roster-vendor app, not a Boone County-branded sheriff application. Select and verify Boone County in the installed version, and check the current photo behavior before relying on a feature. The Sheriff's email signup serves a different role: it sends notice of newly published website items but does not promise one notice for every booking or release.

The Boone County Sheriff alert signup is the official source for those site-publication notices.

Boone County Sheriff website alert signup for record updates

The form documents what the sheriff offers, but custody-change alerts are better handled through Arkansas VINE. VINE covers participating county jails, ADC custody, supervision, and court events. It can send phone, email, SMS, or TTY notice. The crime-tip form is for information and is not monitored around the clock; emergencies go to 911.

Boone Custody Alert Timing

Arkansas VINE publishes unusually clear transfer intervals. Participating county-jail data moves every 15 minutes, ADC data hourly, and court or supervision data daily. Those are transfer schedules, not a guarantee that an arrest, release, or hearing will appear at once. A mismatch between VINE and the Boone roster may reflect system timing rather than a false record.

VINE searches can use a name, booking or offender number, case number, ADC number, or supervision PID. Results may include custody location, scheduled release, eligibility dates, the next court event, or supervision status. VINE is built for status and notice, not a booking-photo gallery. Call the jail or court when delay could affect a time-sensitive decision.

Which Boone alert should I use? Use RPS to browse participating roster data, sheriff alerts for new site posts, and VINE for custody or court status changes.

Boone Busted Cases Reach Court

The court record takes over after booking. Search ARCourts can show the charges prosecutors filed, amendments, arraignment or hearing entries, dismissal, plea, acquittal, judgment, and sentence. An arraignment is an early hearing at which the accusation is presented and a plea may be entered. Bond sets terms for release while the case is pending. A disposition is the court's recorded outcome.

Felony and circuit matters route to the Boone County Circuit Clerk, Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, at 100 N. Main Street, #200, Harrison, and 870-741-5560 ext. 1. District court generally handles misdemeanors, traffic or local matters, and early felony stages; the Sheriff's published district number is 870-741-2788. Use a case number when known. Confidential, juvenile, sealed, or locally unavailable cases may not appear in a public name search.

Booking
Jail intake, identification, and creation of the custody record.
Arraignment
An early court stage addressing the formal charge and plea.
Bond
Conditions or security tied to release while a case is pending.
Disposition
The recorded court result, such as dismissal, acquittal, plea, or judgment.
Expungement or sealing
A court process that restricts official treatment or access when Arkansas law permits.

A release timestamp does not mean acquittal, and ongoing detention does not mean conviction. Check the docket through judgment before stating how a Boone County allegation ended.

Note: The jail holds intake facts, the arresting agency holds its incident report, and the court holds the filed outcome.

Boone Arrests Beyond County Custody

The Arkansas Department of Corrections inmate search applies only when state correctional custody is plausible. Its form accepts ADC number, county, name, facility, gender, offense category, age, and race. A profile can show an offender identification image, but that image should not automatically be called the original Boone County booking photograph. Many people booked in Boone County never enter ADC custody.

Federal systems are separate. The BOP Inmate Locator covers federal prison records and does not publish inmate photographs in its public locator. A person held locally for the U.S. Marshals may not yet appear in BOP. The ICE detainee locator covers immigration detention, not proof of a criminal conviction, and the U.S. Marshals Service has no county-style public mugshot roster. An outside-agency or ICE-hold notation on a jail card should not be used to infer nationality, legal status, or guilt.

Boone Busted Records and Bellefonte

Boone County's current jail opened in 2009. It holds 103 beds. That replaced a much smaller downtown Harrison lockup with just 36. The building sits near Bellefonte, but mail goes to the sheriff's Harrison address on Law Drive, 5800 to be exact. Because of that split, both town names show up when people describe the facility. It changes nothing on the official city map, and it doesn't turn Bellefonte into its own city page here. Bed count tells you about capacity only. It says nothing about how full the jail runs on any given day. A roster card count is a moment-in-time figure, not a standing population claim. For a real search, three things matter more: whether someone is in custody right now, the timestamp on the booking or release, and the record that sticks around afterward.

Boone Busted Mugshots by City

Harrison, Diamond City, and Bergman all run their own police departments. None of the three publishes a confirmed municipal mugshot feed, though. Nor is there an official arrest log of its own. Arrests made in those cities still land in the Boone County Jail. That makes the county roster and its 48-hour feeds the first places to check for photos and custody status. Look at the arresting-agency field on a booking entry. It tells you whether the underlying report sits with the city police or with the Sheriff's office.

  • Harrison Busted Mugshots follows Harrison Police arrests from the city report path to Boone County intake and court.
  • Diamond City Busted Mugshots explains the small-city police request route and county booking destination.
  • Bergman Busted Mugshots uses Bergman Police or City Hall for the event report, then Boone County records for jail intake.

Harrison Daily's Public Record is the best bet for Harrison itself. It prints police logs on a regular schedule in plain text. New Country 102.9 chips in with coverage of selected incidents from around the region. Neither source adds up to a full Boone County arrest record. Treat them as starting points. For any of the three cities, the jail can confirm who is actually in custody.
